The stunning 18,000 square foot bi-level building is completely built of stone and complimented by imposing Roman Corinthian pillars. It stands on 3 acres of park like grounds surrounded by lovely ponds and exquisite landscaping.
Inside the elegant lobby features a breathtaking domed ceiling painted with a fresco from Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, and ingrained marble flooring. The lecture room is well appointed with gorgeous crystal chandeliers, seating with tables offered in various configurations for up to eighty participants, and a wide array of the latest in audio-visual equipment. A state of the art Siemens complete dental operatory unit is positioned at the front of the hall. This operatory is set up for patient treatment demonstrations: from implants to cosmetics to material application. All of these demonstrations are projected crystal clear on a 9-foot screen.
The Columbus Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry is on Columbus’ far-east side. Centrally located, the Institute is a short ten minute drive to Port Columbus International Airport, downtown Columbus (Ohio), and to Easton Town Center.
THE LECTURE HALL
The lecture hall seats 75 participants at tables which can be arranged in a variety of configurations. The lecture hall contains a full dental operatory designed by Siemens dental chair cabinets and all the necessary tools for performing any dental procedure with the capability of projecting procedures on a big screen. Four cameras can be switched on and off to capture details necessary for teaching. The latest in audio/visual equipment is available including 3 screens 4 slide projectors video and intraoral camera.
THE HANDS-ON LAB
The hands-on laboratory has a capacity to seat 40 participants for hands-on programs. The laboratory was designed and fabricated in Italy by DentalArte with consideration to ergonomics comfort durability and beauty. Each bench is equipped with vacuum hand-pieces Bunsen burners and special lighting for any typodent teaching from grinding models to building composite for dentists technicians and staff.
Catering is available upon request. The Institute will arrange meals and snacks ranging from simple continental breakfasts to buffet luncheons to elegant dinners in your choice of cuisine be it Chinese Italian Middle Eastern etc. Dining is served in the upstairs lunchroom for a larger group or in the lower level dining area for over 20 participants. The cost for catering is based on a per person charge and is determined by the meal selection.

FACILITY RENTAL CHARGES
The fee to rent the entire facility including the lecture room lab and all the equipment per day in $1500.
In the event that the lecture hall alone is required the fee is $750 per day which included the dental chair and audio/visual equipment designed for live patient demonstrations.
The Institute will provide additional services per request for an additional charge such as brochures staff to aid in conducting event and registration of participants. The fees for this service are available upon request.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR RENTAL OF FACILITY
It is advisable to schedule your event at least twelve weeks ahead of anticipated program to ensure availability.
A nonrefundable 30% deposit of the total rental fee is required together with this contract to secure the facility. This deposit must be paid at the time the reservation is made. The facility is only guaranteed upon the receipt of the deposit.
The remainder of the rental fee must be paid 14 days prior to the event. Failure to pay this balance 14 days prior to the event will result in automatic cancellation of the event.
